OMG
After work it was like Brittany-diet sabotage. I ate 400 cals worth of stuff!! I was doing so well. At least the food wasn't that bad. Plus, I had A LOT of water yesterday (roughly 6 bottles). AND my friends were drinking last night and I didn't even have a sip. Developing my will power again feels so good. I was also standing on my feet for a good 5 hours...definitely burning the cals there.
INTAKE: Banana, Salad, Wheat Bread, Water
OUT: 400 Crunches
Tip: Take a Polaroid picture or a cell phone picture of yourself wearing nothing but your underwear. When you want to binge, look at it, and see all that fat that you need to get rid of? Carry it in your wallet or phone whenever you go somewhere where there will be food.
I will not mess this up this time.
