  • So I lost some weight...5 pounds. it's not enough. I need to loose 10 more in the next months ahead.
    I have been going to the gym, eating well, and walking everywhere!
    I have a small meal plan this semester so eating light is no problem.
    Here is my gym schedule:
    Tuesday: 5:00 gym (elliptical for 30 minutes, 15 minutes ab workout, 10 minutes stairmaster)
    Wednesday: 3:00 gym (elliptical for 30 minutes, 15 minutes stair master)
    Thursday: 3:00 gym (elliptical for 30 minutes, 15 minutes ab workout)
    Friday:  9:00 am gym (30 minutes elliptical)
    4:00 gym (30 minutes elliptical, 15 minutes ab)
    Saturday: 8:00 am Run
    Sunday: 10:00 am Run/Walk


    I will check on here to make sure I'm doing my workouts! :)
    My hair is dyed too. Pink. I don't give a fuck.

  • Drank quite a bit tonight. Still don't have the courage to tell my best friend her internet boytoy is a hoax. She has no common sense. UGH.

    I am drunk. I have to get back on track tomorrow. Running definitely!


    Making monies at work. paycheck will be nice. All in the bank and that's that.

    Shore soon so I need to buckle down. TIPS GIRLS PLEASE???!?!

  • OMG
    After work it was like Brittany-diet sabotage. I ate 400 cals worth of stuff!! I was doing so well. At least the food wasn't that bad. Plus, I had A LOT of water yesterday (roughly 6 bottles). AND my friends were drinking last night and I didn't even have a sip. Developing my will power again feels so good. I was also standing on my feet for a good 5 hours...definitely burning the cals there.

    INTAKE: Banana, Salad, Wheat Bread, Water
    OUT: 400 Crunches

    Tip: Take a Polaroid picture or a cell phone picture of yourself wearing nothing but your underwear. When you want to binge, look at it, and see all that fat that you need to get rid of? Carry it in your wallet  or phone whenever you go somewhere where there will be food.



    I will not mess this up this time.

  • Summer diet/workout starts TODAY.

    Intake: 6 inch subway sub with LOTS OF VEGGIES.
    2 Bottles of water (so far)
    banana

    Outtake
    400 crunches



    GET BEACH READY NOW GIRLS
    Day 1-152 pounds
    Goal 1-145 pounds by June 6

    Rules:
    No Soda. Water only.
    Opt for a salad at restaurants ALWAYS
    never finish a plate of food.
    work out somehow EVERYDAY.
    Wear loose fitting clothes until you can slim down.
